Thanksgiving in the City

As a last minute treat, my mom was able to come out from Phoenix for Thanksgiving. Of course, her dream (and my nightmare) was to go to the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. We got up at the crack of dawn and fought crowds to get a decent spot to see the parade.




As you can clearly see from the video, there are some seriously terrifying balloons that drift down Broadway.

Guitar Hero Update

I was able to hold out until the weekend to crack open the GH III. My fingers are sore and calloused. It's a great upgrade.

This Is Discipline

GH III arrived on my doorstep yesterday. As you can see, it is still unopened in my living room. Working at home can be torture in these situations.

I know that opening the box will mean sore fingers, red eyes, and no work getting done for hours. I just cannot afford to waste a day right now, unfortunately. It's killing me!
